We are presently reviewing our policies and US Regulations with regards to exporting our products to international customers, at this time we have decided to cease all international website sales due to credit card fraud and because many of the products we offer are restricted and or prohibited to export by the United States government.
We plan to allow direct sales on our website in the very near future, please bare with us until we are able to do so, until then we can accept international orders by email, please contact us to discuss the items you would like to purchase and payment terms. If you have ordered from us in the past and have a valid Visa or Mastercard on file with us then we can allow you to pay for your order using such charge card.
All international orders that we are able to export will be sent at buyers risk. We can not be held liable for any loss, damages or seizures that may arise during export or delivery. We highly recommend that you check your regulations before you place your order with us to insure that the products will be allowed import into your Country.
We ship international orders by USPS Express Mail Service, UPS Global or FedEx, all packages will be insured for full product value. Shipments are traceable by use of a tracking number assigned to the package at time of export, we will send this tracking number to you. We mainly ship by USPS EMS as it provides quality service at reasonable cost. All orders containing Airguns will ship by UPS or FedEx, this is a very good shipping service but it is sometimes expensive for international shipments.
We can not and will not write false information on Customs forms, you are responsible for all duties and taxes (if any) as prescribed by your Government.

If we receive a unathorized payment from a International customer for any item listed on a page that clearly states No Export, any item that states No Export in the product details or any product listed on this page, we will Not send the item and further we will issue a refund or store credit at our discretion minus a 15% administration fee. So please do Not try to manipulate our website. If we are legally allowed to send you a product we are happy to do so.
All International sales are final, so please be sure you want the product before you order it.
Automatic Knife kits going to international destinations will be sent in 2 packages: 1 package containing the main parts and 1 package containing the blade.
Police Collectables are sold according to US Law no matter if the item(s) are being sold to a US customer or a International customer, Which means we offer these items only for legal collection purpose only!!
Attention UK Customers: All imitation Guns (blank firing, Replica, Airsoft, etc.) will have to be painted in a non-realistic color prior to export. UK Customs will seize any imitation gun that is not non-realistic colored due to the VCR Act. We can provide spray painting at a cost of $15.00 per imitation gun, UK Customs prefers the color orange and this is the color we mainly use. Also please note that painting of the imitation voids the manufacturers warrenty.
